Founding carrier partners

Corporate work.
Your name on the door.

We're onboarding our first Bay Area partners now. Early carriers work directly with the founders while Sow's tools are built around how they operate.

Getting started

Four steps to your first trip.

  1. Apply online

Business, permit and insurance, one vehicle, one chauffeur, rates and payment. Save and return when you're ready.

  2. Document review

We check your TCP in the CPUC public search and review your insurance and vehicle records.

  3. Intro call and agreement

Confirm expectations with the desk and sign a written agreement before any trip.

  4. Take your first trip

Trips become available once your company and operating records are approved.

A few answers

Before you apply.

Who can become a Sow carrier partner?

Established chauffeur companies with an active CPUC charter-party carrier permit and commercial insurance. Start with documents for your business, one vehicle and one chauffeur, who can be you.

How many trips can I take?

The desk confirms each offer against your availability. Volume depends on incoming requests, and is not guaranteed.

How are trips priced?

Enter your rates and minimums in the checklist. The desk confirms the carrier quote for each booking before the client accepts.

How do I get paid?

Stripe is the standard option. You can also request direct ACH, subject to the desk confirming that setup. Payout timing must be agreed before your first booking.

Which vehicles can I use?

Submit well-maintained sedans, SUVs or executive vans with their registration, coverage, capacity and photos. The desk reviews the operating records before a vehicle is assigned.

Do I need new paperwork to apply?

Start with your existing business, permit, insurance, vehicle and chauffeur records. The checklist shows what is missing, and you can ask the desk for help.

Can I take airport trips?

Include any airport operating permits you hold. Airport access must be verified for the pickup before a trip is assigned.
