Privacy
Sow Services Concierge helps arrange chauffeur bookings and receives an agreed percentage of the fare. This notice describes the data handled by this website. The carrier named in your quote provides your transportation and is responsible for its own records and privacy practices. Sow Site's separate website creation and hosting business is not part of this booking service.
Information you provide
We collect the booker’s name, email, telephone number and optional company; passenger name and telephone number when supplied; pickup and destination addresses, trip dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, arrival details, itinerary and special requests. Addresses may be converted to coordinates to help arrange the trip. Please do not enter card numbers, identity documents or medical information in the request form.
Carrier applications and documents
If you apply as a carrier or driver, we collect business and TCP details, contacts, commercial insurance policy information, coverage dates, individual vehicle identities and coverage schedules, driver legal names, license numbers and copies, carrier authorizations, rates, operating-program references and the supporting records you upload. Share only records you are authorized to provide. Do not upload Social Security numbers, birth dates, medical records, payment details or unrelated identity information.
We use application records to review the proposed carrier relationship and follow up on qualifications, coverage and commercial terms. Submitted records and attachments are encrypted in storage and accessible to authorized Sow administrators. We keep timestamped declarations, terms hashes, document expirations, human-verification history and document-access records. Driver-license details are encrypted with the intake and are not placed in waybills or public profiles. Information submitted here is not filed with the CPUC and is not automatically published on a website. We may verify the information with the carrier, insurer or appropriate authority. Applications remain subject to staff review.
If you request a separate $750 website, we also collect your preferred address and website brief to prepare an offer. Website payments and approved public content are handled separately from transportation records. See the website service privacy notice.
How we use and share it
We use these details to prepare quotes, arrange bookings, communicate about trips, handle payments and support requests, and keep transaction and operating records. Relevant booking details are available to authorized Sow staff and the carrier and driver handling your trip. Hosting and payment providers process information needed to run the service. If external geocoding or dispatch notifications are enabled, those providers receive the information needed for that task. We may disclose records where required by law.
We do not sell or rent passenger details or itineraries, or provide them to data brokers. The website does not contain advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Payments
For online payments, Stripe hosts the card-entry page and processes the charge for the carrier. This website stores the amount, currency, payment status and Stripe transaction references. It does not receive or store full card numbers or CVVs. Stripe’s privacy policy describes its processing.
Cookies, logs and reservation links
A necessary session cookie protects forms against forged requests and keeps staff signed in. Server logs may contain IP addresses and request paths. Browsers’ Do Not Track signals do not change the operation of these necessary features. We do not load third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
Your reservation link grants access to that booking. Share it only with people who should have access. Contact us if it needs replacing. The link expires 90 days after the trip; that does not delete the underlying booking record.
Records and your requests

We keep records needed to provide service, handle disputes and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. Retention requirements can differ between Sow and the carrier. You can ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern using the contact details below. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the business handling your information.
If you book for someone else, share this notice with them and provide only information you are authorized to share.
