Booking terms & refunds
Your transportation provider
The independent TCP chauffeur company identified in your quote provides the ride, sets and approves the fare, and receives your payment. Its drivers provide the service. Sow Services Concierge coordinates the booking and receives an agreed percentage of the fare. A request does not reserve a vehicle until the carrier accepts it and the booking is confirmed.
Review the carrier’s name, vehicle, pickup details and total before accepting. Online fares are processed through the carrier’s Stripe account. The carrier’s registered name or statement descriptor should appear on your card statement. Sow's agreed commission is deducted from the carrier’s fare proceeds; it is not an extra charge added to the displayed customer total. Sow Site's website creation and monthly hosting charges are a separate business and are not billed through this reservation.
Cancellations and no-shows
Unconfirmed requests can be cancelled at no cost. For confirmed bookings, contact the carrier or Sow. More than 24 hours before pickup: refund of the fare less the proposed 3% processing charge, where permitted. From 12 through 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the total quoted charter fare is charged. Less than 12 hours before pickup, or a passenger no-show after a 30-minute grace period: 100% of the scheduled charter fare is charged. These conditions remain subject to applicable law. Request a written cancellation acknowledgement and refund calculation from the carrier. Cancellation and payment refunds are separate actions; cancelling a booking does not itself issue a refund.
Waiting and extra time
The proposed allowance is 30 minutes from actual wheels-down for private aviation or FBO pickups, and 15 minutes for city or residential pickups. Additional waiting is calculated in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate disclosed in the carrier’s quote. Extra hours depend on availability. No extra charge is automatically debited by this website; the carrier must document and arrange any additional payment.
Refunds and service interruptions
Completed rides are ordinarily non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights. If a mechanical failure or serious carrier-side delay prevents completion, contact the carrier promptly to arrange a suitable replacement vehicle or a prorated refund for the unprovided service.
Refund timing depends on the carrier, Stripe and your bank. Any refund of a platform application fee must also be handled by the carrier and Sow; it is not automatically included in a Stripe fare refund.
Cleaning and damage
The proposed carrier policy allows documented charges of $250 to $500 for excessive cleaning or passenger-caused vehicle damage, where permitted. The carrier must explain the reason and amount and obtain any required authorization. This website does not save a card for automatic later charges.
