Good to know
How is this different from a car service?
You reserve the vehicle and the chauffeur for a block of time, not a single ride. The driver waits, your bags stay in the car, and the plan can change during the booking.
How fast will I get a quote?
Usually within the hour during the day. For same-day requests, call us.
When do I pay?
Only after you accept the quote. We confirm your booking once payment is received or invoiced.
Can the itinerary change during the booking?
Yes. Add stops, move meetings, extend dinner. If you need more hours than reserved, tell your driver and we will extend it if the car is free.
Do you do airport and FBO pickups?
Yes. Choose Point to Point for a single transfer, or start an Executive Reserve or Full Day at the terminal or FBO.
Who drives?
Professional chauffeurs from licensed, insured Bay Area operators we partner with. You get the driver’s name when the booking is confirmed.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time before confirmation at no cost. After confirmation, contact us and we will work it out case by case.
